How does the tray work?

🗂️ Storing tiles

The tray is the row of cells at the bottom of the screen. Use it to store tiles for a while when the pegs you need aren't free yet.

🎨 Colors stay together

You can place tiles of any color in the tray, and tiles of the same color always stay together — so they're easy to pick up again.

🔓 Unlocking extra space

The tray starts with two rows. Each time you complete a color, part of a new row opens up, giving you more room to work with. Tap a covered cell and you'll see “Sort any color to unlock.”
